At REELOID MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our platform provides digital entertainment content and virtual coins for accessing shows and media content, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:
1. Digital Coin Purchases
• All purchases of virtual coins made on the platform are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully completed.
• The coins purchased by users are digital virtual items that can be used exclusively within the platform to unlock or watch premium content and shows.
2. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
In case:
• the payment is deducted but coins are not credited to the user account, or
• the user is charged multiple times for the same transaction,
• users may contact our customer support team with transaction details. After verification, the appropriate coins or refund will be processed.
3. Unauthorized Transactions
• If a user believes that an unauthorized payment or transaction has occurred on their account, they must notify us immediately through our customer support channels. We will review the matter and take appropriate action after verification.
4. Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where:
• Purchased coins cannot be used due to a verified technical issue from our side,
• Purchased content remains inaccessible despite successful payment,
• or there is a major service malfunction affecting content delivery.
• Any such issue must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
5. No Refund After Content Consumption
• Once digital content has been accessed, streamed, unlocked, or consumed using coins, no refund or cancellation will be provided for the used coins or accessed content.
6. Promotional or Bonus Coins
Any promotional, referral, reward, or bonus coins provided by the platform:
• Are non-transferable,
• Cannot be exchanged for cash,
• And are not eligible for refunds.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved by REELOID MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking partner.
8. Policy Changes
REELOID MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
